Selina has a master’s degree in business administration from Egerton University in Kenya, a second master's degree in public policy from the University of Juba in a school of public service, South Sudan, a bachelor's degree in commerce, Banking, and finance from Egerton University in Kenya, and a Diploma in business administration from a pioneer international college in Nairobi Kenya.
Selina has 14 years of extensive experience in humanitarian work and working with UN agents, private sectors, government, and private institutions where held the most sensitive positions as Admin/finance manager, Identifier, finance officer, project manager, admin/secretary, managing director, lecturer, South Sudan national dialogue secretaries, researcher and consultants.
